CoinCrafty carries advertising, and we are happy to talk to advertisers who are comfortable with how we run things. This page sets out who reads us, what we will take, and what we will not take at any price.

Who reads CoinCrafty

Our readers are mostly practical newcomers and self-taught intermediates. They arrive with a job to do: set up a hardware wallet, move coins off an exchange safely, work out what a fee estimate means, understand a term they just met.

They spend their time in the Crafty Toolkit, in Honest Gear Reviews, and on our coin and market pages. They are cautious by disposition, allergic to hype, and quick to notice when a site starts talking down to them. Nothing on this page pretends to be a media kit, and we do not publish traffic claims we cannot stand behind.

Formats we will consider

  • Standard display placements in the page layout.
  • Clearly labelled sponsorship of a section or of the newsletter.
  • Affiliate arrangements, subject to the rules in our affiliate disclosure.

The hard rules

Every commercial placement is labelled as such, in plain language, visible without hovering or scrolling. Readers should be able to tell in a second whether they are looking at our words or somebody else’s.

We do not sell editorial. There is no price for an article, a mention in a guide, a favourable framing, or a place in a list. If a piece exists because money changed hands, it is an advertisement and it will say so.

Review scores are never for sale. Scores come from the rubric in our review methodology and are set before any commercial conversation. An advertiser who asks us to revisit a score will be told no, and the relationship usually ends there.

What we will not run

  • Anything that prompts a reader to connect a wallet, sign a transaction or approve a token allowance.
  • “Recovery services”, seed-phrase tools, or anything that asks for keys.
  • Guaranteed-return offers, signal groups, doubling schemes and giveaway promotions.
  • Creatives that imitate our own editorial styling, headlines or interface elements.
  • Ads on pure safety and security pages, which stay commercial-free by design.

We also keep the right to decline or pull a campaign that turns out to mislead readers, without arguing about it first. Reader trust is the only asset this site has.

How to enquire

Send your enquiry through our contact page and tell us the product, the format you have in mind and the timing. The CoinCrafty editorial desk handles commercial correspondence separately from coverage decisions, and an enquiry never becomes a story.

If you want to understand the publication before you write, our about page and editorial guidelines explain how we work.
