I know it sounds counter-intuitive but rarible price predicts what a new home buyer will be willing to pay for a home. I’ve found that the closer a home price to a rarible price, the lower the asking price. For example, if a home sells for $500,000, but the asking price is $400,000, that’s a $50,000 difference in the price, which makes it a much more desirable home.
