I think you’re right. I think its because we are so conditioned that we don’t think about our food and who we are eating it to. We just want to eat it fast and go. And when we do eat it and we gain weight, it is because we dont exercise our willpower.

You might be thinking of the Atkins diet. I have never heard of Atkins diet, but it basically involves starving yourself of all food in a certain amount of time. You can also lose weight by doing a lot of cardio work. It’s very difficult to succeed though, as it takes a lot of energy to maintain your weight. I have heard of people eating so much fried food that they gained about 100lbs.

I am not talking about Atkins diet, I am talking about the Atkins diet that is more of a “futile” diet. This means that people will starve themselves until they gain weight (and then they will gain weight until they starve themselves again). For example, I know a guy that ate so much junk food he gained 100lbs.

It’s a bit of fun to see what other people think about this, but I have to say, it’s not much fun to see the world go by so quickly. Most of the time I have to work on my body.

The number is not particularly meaningful, but there are some interesting factors you’ll want to have in mind when you’re trying to lose weight. First, consider the size of your body. What size is your torso? The way you sit, stand, lie down, and even how you walk all affect how much weight you’ll put on. The average man in the UK weighs about 70lbs.
