I ordered my new kitchen cabinets online. I’m a big fan of self-storage, and I’m trying to make the best use of them in my apartment. My kitchen cabinets are made from high quality, solid wood. They are available in a wide variety of colors, sizes, and finishes. My budget was €13.00.
The website I ordered from only offered to ship my order in the US. So I ordered it in Canada! But I figured that if I sent it back to the US, I might as well take advantage of the free shipping. I was wrong. Unfortunately the delivery guy was a complete ass. I’m still getting the same message I got when I sent the order online.
It was a bit strange to receive such a large order online and not receive it in my local area. In the US where ordering online, you are given priority handling of your order. As a result, the customer service representative working at my delivery company was completely unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, I contacted them via text the next day and told them I was going to complain to my local store. He still didnt respond.
It is always good to be able to talk to a customer service representative when he/she is not responding to your requests, it does wonders to get a resolution.
First, they were not rude. Second, I called my local store the very next day and was handed a fully refund for my order because I told them I was going to complain to my local store. Third, I would not buy from someone who is rude and uncooperative, do not waste your time.
It’s so easy to blame someone for being rude. The problem is that it’s not the person but the system that makes them a jerk. The system has you do all the work for it. If you complain to your local store, the person who is ignoring your requests is the one who will be fired. If someone is making you wait for a response, you have to wait. If you’re going to complain, complain and be patient.
You see people complaining about being ignored, you see people complaining about being rude, you see people complaining about how slow the store is, you see people complaining about how theyre wasting time, you see people complaining about how theyre wasting space, you see people complaining about how theyre wasting money. Ive seen it all.
