New Zealand has the highest minimum wage in the world (currently $10/hour) but it doesn’t come close to covering expenses. That is why a minimum-wage job is often an incredibly expensive one. Even after adjusting for inflation, the cost of living in New Zealand is higher than most other countries. In fact, the average cost of a New Zealand-style home with two bedrooms and at least one bathroom is over $1,600.
The problem is that the majority of workers in New Zealand are under-employed. In 2012, there were only 3.6% of the population in jobs for whom the government paid a real minimum wage. Another 13% were in jobs with an average weekly wage of less than $50.

This is a common problem in life. We get caught in “an autopilot state” so to speak. We can’t think about how much we have to think about how to use our time, because it’s all just sooo unimportant. Instead we tend to think that we have to stop and think about every little thing right now.
This is the exact thing I’m talking about. We are so busy we have no time to think about the unimportant things in our lives. What I mean by that is we have to think about what we need to do to achieve our goals, but because we are so busy we have no time to actually make those happen.
If this is happening to you, it might be because you’re a procrastinator. Or maybe you’re just too busy to have time to think. You have been asked if you paint your new construction home, and you answered yes, but that doesn’t stop the question. The question still comes, and it just keeps coming because you have so many thoughts and decisions to make.
A key thought in our approach here is that if you are taking up a new creative direction to create a new home, this will have a lot more of a positive effect on your home. If you are going to have a new home, you need to be more self-responsible and less prone to mistakes and mistakes.
We have a few new homes we’re building and have been working with on this project in a different way. We are starting with a home that has been abandoned for a long time. It has a lot of work to do. It has lots of issues, and it has a lot of potential. We are starting with a new home, and we are building it to a higher standard. We are building it to be more fun and more welcoming and to have a better quality of life.
