Just to recap, I am the creator of this book. I am the author of three books about self-care, self-control, and self-care in every shape and form. If you are someone who is trying to be a great self-care person then this book is definitely for you. However, if you are a person who is trying to become a great self-care person then this book is for you.

The author of this book, Daniel J. Siegel, is a well-known and respected expert on self-care. We have recently met him while he was presenting some of his research at the Self-Care in the Workplace Conference. He is also an incredible role model for anyone who would like to be as well.

Self-care in the workplace is something I am trying to learn as well. I’m still not sure what it is. I have tried everything from going off the deep end on my lunch breaks to going to the gym every day. I have no idea how to be a great self-care person.
