The good news is that you don’t need to have surgery to save your life. All you have to do is visit the nearest urgent care clinic. They can save your life or at least save your pain.
The bad news is that only a handful of patients actually visit urgent care, and most of them are sent back after they get a call from the office. One patient, who tried to visit urgent care repeatedly and wound up getting the same diagnosis and worse, was finally admitted to the hospital. She died.
That’s right, I said hospital, not urgent care. It seems that many patients at urgent care are not even treated (and most of them go home and die). The fact is, we need urgent care and hospitals are not always the best place to get it. The reason that we need to go to urgent care is because we often don’t know how much pain we’re in. If we think we are in trouble, we run to the nearest hospital.
The good news is that urgent care isnt full of idiots. There are many doctors who are not idiots and are not afraid to tell you when to go to a doctor. In fact, they will ask you first, and if they can’t find the right doctor, they will help you find someone who can.

I’ve been a member of this support group for a few years and I’ve learned a lot from my fellow members. One of the most important things we discuss is how important it is for people to be proactive in finding out what’s going on with them and getting them checked out. This includes getting them checked out by a medical specialist, as well as having them checked out by their primary care doctor.
