I have a lot of questions about the difference between being on autopilot and being aware. I have to admit, I am pretty clueless about the difference between being aware and being aware, so I’m sure there are several ways to make this work for you.
I think a very good way to describe the difference between being on autopilot versus being aware is that autopilot is a state where you are doing what you think you should be doing, when you think you should be doing it, and you’re not doing anything about it.
