I created this DIY pedestal stand to put over my tv so I can hang my entertainment center, books, DVDs, and other items. The idea behind the pedestal stand is that it can provide extra storage space, making it an attractive addition to the home. It is easily made and is very stable.

Although the idea of a pedestal stand is nice to have, I think the real value of this idea is that you can now store a lot of things on the entertainment center, in the case of this particular stand, you can now store a lot of things on the entertainment center. For instance, I think you can use this stand to hang your iPad, you can use this stand to hang your iPhone, and you can use this stand to hang your laptop.
I don’t think these are bad ideas. They are just different. The stand itself looks like it will work really well as a “game” stand, but I am not 100% sure since it’s not labeled as a game stand.
