Our “I think” moments are often the ones that determine the direction of our lives. I’m a huge believer in the idea that if we don’t believe, we will continue to repeat the wrong actions and decisions. We just have to learn to question it.
I’ve never been good at questioning myself, but I think that ron’s whole life boils down to this one moment in time. I don’t think he’s ever really questioned why he’s on the island at all. Asking for a second chance can be the root of so many problems, and we don’t do it because we want to. It’s a way to keep repeating the same mistakes, and to keep giving ourselves a taste of fear.
