As is the case with many technology companies, nomatic has released an app for their mobile devices, so they are able to track your conversations and respond to them. For example, when someone mentions they are traveling on a plane, you can use a “nomic carry” feature to provide a bit of advice. Your phone will tell you your destination and the time of your flight, and it will also tell you a bit about the people with whom you’re traveling.
The company even has a cool “dear traveller” feature that will show you a list of what your phone can tell you about your destination. While nomatic does have a pretty good idea of their technology, they don’t seem to be as tech savvy as they could be.

I think most people are pretty aware of this, but if you arent, its probably because you got off the plane or something. Its true that some carriers may not be able to give you the discount but since youre on a carry-on bag, it doesnt really matter because theyll probably just take it anyway. If you want to really save money, you might try to qualify for the carry-on discount and then take the first flight or something that is non-stop.
I understand that if youre flying out of the country then you cant get the carry-on discount. But if youre flying out of the country on a European carrier you might be able to get the discount.
I think a carry-on bag is an awesome idea because it means you can actually pack your stuff in it. It means you dont have to lug around a huge backpack.
But I doubt you would be able to pack in so many things in a carry-on bag. In fact, my carry-on bag would be smaller than my backpack. That would mean that I would have to carry my laptop or maybe my phone. I dont see how you could pack more stuff in a carry-on than in a backpack. I think you would have to lug around your laptop all the time.
