I know why people don’t think about the lighthouse before they go and build a new home. I know why they think that if it’s a good enough job that they don’t have to think about it. I’m here to tell you that it is possible to be both.

We are having to turn someone away from the main care center in Needham who is in our care center because we have the wrong kind of staff.
We should be able to get care out to these men and women with a little more help. We should be able to make sure they get their medication, that they get to do what they want to do, and that they get the proper care. But we dont have the staff to do that.
