One thing to note though, you dont need the dock charger for this. The dock charger is already built into the iPhone, but if you have the dock charger already installed, you can just go ahead and remove it and install it into your iPhone. Then you are good to go.

If your iPhone is not installed in the dock, you only need it for the dock charger. If you need the dock charger in the iPhone, you only need it for the dock charger.

Personally I think the charger is great. It’s very reliable, looks good, and it has a nice design. After using it for the last couple of days I’m glad to be able to get an iPhone off my desk and into my pocket just as easily. It also takes up less space than the cable I currently use to charge my devices (the one I am currently using is a Micro USB to Lightning Cable). The dock charge is also very easy to use.
