I do not need to be responsible for another person’s day. I don’t need to be responsible for my own day as well. I just need to be able to stop by and take care of the job of the day after I get there.
The problem with this is that a lot of people assume that the people who have jobs just because they have their own jobs are just lazy, so they assume the whole concept of jobs is a joke. But it’s not. In reality, most people who work are really not lazy. It is the nature of work. They need the money. And, unfortunately, a lot of people don’t realize that.
The problem with this is that people who work are more likely to be people we dont even know, people who dont have a job. So, for example, my buddy has a new job. He isnt working at a factory like some of these guys. He just walks to work every day. But, because he isnt working, he has to go to work to pick up his paycheck. He has no job, but he does have the money.
And, it’s a good paycheck. He gets paid in cash.
This works for some people. But for others, like mine, it is just a pain in the ass. I am not sure how to deal with it.
How to deal with it, well, this video from our dev team contains a lot of advice. It’s called “Hour of Destruction” and it is about dealing with the challenges caused by not working. (This is not a joke, some of the people in the video are actually actual people in their lives, and some of the advice in the video is a little bit out of the norm.) The most important thing is to remember that you are not “working” for someone else.
My wife is on the list, but I don’t want to put my foot down on it. I don’t want to be in on this, and I don’t want to put my foot down on it.
I was talking to a guy the other day and he was really happy with the advice in the video. I didnt really find out if his wife was actually on the list until the video came out yesterday. So I don’t know what the “list” is. But the video does seem to be pretty legit.
I think I will try to keep it short and to the point. I dont think this is going to be a big deal, but if anyone wants to make sure to make it short and to the point, it is.
I wish I had a good answer to that question. I guess the short answer is “No.” But it’s always good to know where the line is.
