I’ve done a ton of page borders and the page text isn’t one of them, but it does have its reasons for being there.
I think the reason for using that leafy page border is the same as what I mentioned for the page text, but it is still a reason. I like the way the page borders look in light. It is also a great way to show off the colors of the leaves in fall. I tend to paint a lot of the leafs in fall to add depth and contrast to the page text, and that is why I decided to use leafy page borders.

We all need to take a deep breath and get a better understanding of what we’re doing and why. We all need to take a step back and see how we’re affecting an area of our lives without even realizing it.
