These are the kind of wraps you’ll find in the Italian grocery stores here in the US.

I found this idea of a European grocery store to be interesting. It is a country with a large number of cultures, so it is somewhat of a puzzle how and why it produces a particular type of product. We had a good laugh at the fact that the Italian grocery store sells all their spices as spices, which they are in a type of wrap. It is this wrap that they put on their fish.
