I don’t know what this is about but I love the idea of a self-awareness meme to try to help you get through the day as soon as you get out of your car.

I think its that you feel stressed and overwhelmed. But if you use the distress meme, you can take that stress and put it in your own head. You can take it out on the idea you are stressed. You can take it out on your car. You can take it out on your job. You can take it out on the idea that you are losing your mind. A lot of this is just being aware is the only way you can be more productive.

The reason for the distress is so because you think that you might not be able to handle it. So you use the distress meme to explain it to some of your friends. You can imagine people thinking, “I’m not going to make it to the party if I don’t know how to control my mind, so I can’t really control it.” But that’s what you do.

Its a little weird because we know that the internet is full of people who get so upset by their own thoughts that they have to explain to their friends to help them feel better. But we’re not talking about people who are just as upset. Its more like a little kid who just learned how to ride a bike without crashing into a tree. We’re talking about people who are mentally ill, who have been through mental health treatment, and who are seeking to turn themselves around.

This is called a distress meme. In distress memes, a person has learned how to stop thinking and just keep going, even if it means killing themselves if they get too stuck. A distress meme is when you stop thinking and just keep going because the thought of not thinking at all doesn’t seem worth it. You are just going to keep going.

We see distress memes every day and it’s a really, really common issue. The problem is that the person who is experiencing distress often hasn’t learned to turn off their brain and just keep going. And, as with any mental health issue, you have to start by recognizing the symptoms of distress in your friend.
