That sort of advice only makes sense if you think that you have a soul. For the vast majority of people the only thing that we have is our biological brain and our biological body. So how do we know that we aren’t just an extension of the brain and body? Well, like nearly everything else, science has its own answers.

When you get to the point of knowing that your brain is a part of your body and it is a part of your soul, take a look at this video by Dr. John W. Graham.

When you look at the brain, all you see are the neurons, which are basically the electrical impulses that send messages throughout the brain. The brain is a single cell, which is just a bunch of chemicals and molecules that the brain produces. The cells are connected to each other by nerve cells. The nerve cells are connected by cells called axons.
