In 2013 we launched our Kickstarter campaign. For every Kickstarter pledge that we receive, we donate an equal amount to the World Community Against Child Sexual Abuse. You can see more information about our campaign in this blog post.
The project was so important that it took our team, the entire team, a month to put together a full video that explains the project’s benefits. The team, who worked 24/7 to make the video, also launched a GoFundMe campaign to help make the video.
We launched the KickStarter campaign in March 2013, and it was one of the most successful campaigns we have ever launched. We received over $7000 in pledges from nearly 70,000 people. Since our campaign ended, we have been doing outreach to schools to help fund their own child sexual abuse prevention programs. I’m really happy to see that our campaign is having such an impact, and I’m looking forward to seeing the video.
To make the video, we worked with many top-tier production companies such as DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, and Warner Bros. Pictures to create a high-quality animation. The video was created to showcase the game’s power, the story’s depth, and the game’s ability to teach people about sex and gender.
