It’s always interesting to hear about new ways people spend money. I’ve heard this particular type of spending described as “the goliath of the internet.” I’m not sure I agree.

I would argue that the goliath is generally the person who spends a lot of money and has a lot of money to spend that it is difficult for him to spend it on anything else. Im not sure why someone would spend 20000 USD on a game they could buy in a couple of hours.

Well, as I like to say, it’s not the money, its the enjoyment. If you buy a game that you did not enjoy, you can get it refunded. If you buy a game that you did enjoy, you can get it refunded. So that’s why we don’t rate games based on whether or not they are liked by the buyers.
