So what exactly is a cost of living budget? For example, did you know that if you are on a budget, you should take in $2.00 a day? How much do you spend on food? Does it really take $3.00 a day? Or is it only $0.80 a day? Is the size of the house the factor here? The size of the garage the factor? The size of the house plus the size of the garage equals $3.
Well, that’s a lot of money, and that’s not even the major part of a cost of living budget.
A cost of living budget is a long term financial plan. A budget may be as short as 3 months or as long as 10 years, but it is all about the money. If you have a budget, you know how to manage your money. If you don’t see the point in your budget, it can’t possibly work.
A cost of living budget is nothing but a set of guidelines for your standard costs of living. It does not include your mortgage, utility bill, and other expenses. It just says what you are spending and how many dollars you have for these expenses.
We’ve heard that it’s a very bad thing that every day you spend your money on something. It’s also bad that your budget doesn’t seem to offer you a decent income for the next 2 years. This is why your budget is so important to us.
You can see how this goes. We have always said that the cost of living has a huge effect on our lives and our budget should be designed for that. But theres just no point in having a budget that doesnt include your mortgage, utility bill, and other expenses. This affects your budget negatively.
Our budget has never been designed with this in mind. We have a lot of expenses that we dont think about when we are figuring out our budget. Thats why, when we know that we will have to pay for something that we dont think about (like a new bed) we try to come up with creative ways to mitigate how much money we spend on something that we dont think about. For example, we have a rule that we dont give out money to people unless it is absolutely necessary.
16 usd is the minimum amount of money you are allowed to spend on a single item in your budget. The rule is there to prevent you from spending a lot of money on things that don’t necessarily need to be there. If you are buying a new bed, you are not allowed to spend 16 usd on it.
This rule is a bit of a double standard because it makes no sense. If it is a really great bed, then it is really important to you to be able to buy it with 16 usd. If it isnt, then its not really so important. It is also one of those things that we shouldnt be doing. Our minds are a bit too weak and lazy to truly make decisions about things like this.
Again, we are talking about the general idea of spending a lot of money on something that isnt necessarily there. In this sense, this rule is a bit of an oxymoron in that it makes no sense. However, if something is important to you then you should have the ability to spend a lot of money on it. If it is important to you then you should be able to spend a lot of money on it.
