We can then just ask ourselves, “What is the most important thing that I am actually feeling right now?” If this is something that is important to us, then we can be certain that we are going to be able to make the right choices from here on out.

We forget how to be human and how to make decisions, we forget how to be good people and good citizens.

For example, the first time I was in a new situation I was completely self-aware because I was so engaged in what I was doing. The second time I was completely self-aware because I was so engaged in what I was doing. I was so engaged in what I was doing that I forgot how to be human, forget how to be a good person, forget how to be a good citizen.
