But our body is trying to make sure that we are eating a balanced diet, which is important for us to sustain a healthy life.

If we are to live to 100, it would be wise for us to eat a lot more meat and vegetables than we do now. And that means more calories, more carbs, more fat, and more calories in the fat. Not to mention all the other foods we can’t eat. And it can be hard to find these foods. It is hard to find fruit in the stores, and even harder to find veggies.

Yes, I know you’re right. I just really struggle with this because I’ve been on the Atkins diet that my doctor recommended for so many years. Because the Atkins diet is so restrictive, I’m having trouble losing weight. I don’t have the willpower to keep doing it, so I’m kind of stuck there, eating a lot of unhealthy foods.

This is a great example of our problem not being able to just do the right thing. We cant eat healthy foods because we dont have the willpower to do so, even if they are healthy.

I dont even know if the Atkins diet is the right way to go, but I can see how it might be hard to stick to.

I have always been told that a person should eat a little less than they need and a little more than they want. That sounds great to me. I dont know how to stick to it.

We eat more food than we need to, so if we don’t drink enough water, we’re hungry. We’re also more likely to snack, whether that is at a fast food joint or a candy store.

We are also more likely to overeat when we are watching television than when we are working. This is probably because most of us have a short attention span, and are always checking our phones or tablets. Our minds are constantly on the go, so anything that requires a quick response may not be good for us.
