We all have the ability to look at ourselves and become aware of our own emotions, beliefs, and behavior. So long as we\u2019re still aware of our own actions, our self-awareness will be in the driver\u2019s seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When it comes to self-awareness, it’s about being clear about your own thoughts and what you’re doing. This is your subconscious mind, the part of you that is the one that decides what you want to do and what you think, and it will be your driving force in any action. This is what we mean when we say self-awareness and self-reliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How can you help yourself by being aware of your emotions? That’s easy. Just be aware of your feelings. Acknowledge them. Take them into account. But don\u2019t worry. You don\u2019t have to remember to do this every time you feel like it. It doesn\u2019t mean that you will, but you can change how you\u2019re thinking about the things that you want to remember. And just like this habit, you can even make it automatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well, you can make it automatic, but if you do, you can also create a habit. What do you think is the most automatic way to remember something?
