So, if you were to pay 100 dollars a month, you can have a whole bunch of food for a whole bunch of people, and as long as the food is not the cheapest, you can still afford to eat the food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a common misconception of the \u201cAffordable\u201d diet. The reality is, we\u2019re not just eating less or less expensive foods, we\u2019re also eating better quality foods. Just because you can afford to spend less money on food doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t also afford to eat better quality foods. A number of studies show that if we can afford a $100 meal, we will consume $100 worth of food that is better quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The good news is that are the most likely people in the world to be overweight or obese. This is because of the way our brains are wired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The more money we have, the more we are willing to pay for food. We think in terms of calories in. This means that if we can eat any amount of food that we want, we are going to consume a lot more calories than if we are limited to just a few foods. This is because there are thousands of foods people can eat, and they want to eat them all. Eating every single food we want usually ends up costing us more than eating less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
