The plethora list comes from a well-known book by Dr. John Tierney in which he states that what we focus on, what we pay attention to, what we read, and what we watch has an impact on our future and our lives.
You can argue that the plethora list doesn’t really apply to us because we don’t read or watch that much stuff. But we’re also talking about things like how much we drink, what we listen to, what movies we watch, and what types of clothes we wear. The thing is, if we really pay attention to what our surroundings are saying about us, we might notice a pattern in our behavior.

A lot of the time we don’t really notice what we are doing, it’s more about our surroundings than our actions.

We also have a lot of people that are in prison who are in jail for the rest of their life. The only thing that people can really do is to look at the list of people that they are in jail for. There are a lot of people out there who are in prison but they do not know who they are in jail for.
