We’re currently at 77 pounds. We’re not counting ourselves out yet, but we are down to at least 75 pounds. The big difference is we’re not going to get any thinner. We’re not going to get any fatter. We’re not going to get any less hungry. We’re not going to get any less tired. We’re not going to get any less satisfied.

That’s what I’m saying. We’re not going to lose any more weight. We’re not going to lose even more of anything. We’re not going to get any fatter because we’re not going to get any less hungry. We’re not going to get any less tired. We’re not going to get any less satisfied.

I think it’s safe to say that the average person has eaten roughly 100% of his or her body weight in calories in the past seven days. This makes it very difficult for even the most frugal of dieters to lose weight. Even I have to say that I’ve tried to lose weight over the past 10+ years, and I’m still not getting any fatter.

The problem is that the more you eat, the more you burn. When you eat too much, you cause your body to run out of body fat and dehydrate. That’s why I have to say I think most of us are still “overcommitted.” I mean, we have to eat, but we don’t have to be eating that much.

Weve been eating too much of a good thing. Fats are great, but they also have a huge affect on your heart health. When you eat too many, your heart rate goes up, which makes you eat as quickly as possible. This raises your LDL (bad) blood cholesterol level, which in turn raises the risk of cardiovascular disease. It sounds like a recipe for disaster, but it actually has a benefit.

Yes. But there is also a trade-off. The more fat you eat, the lower your HDL (good) cholesterol level. That’s a good thing for your heart health, but it also means that you might not be able to do as much exercise as you want to.

This is a problem especially if you have the genetic tendency to eat large amounts of fat. You won’t eat just a few pieces of delicious cake, but you’ll eat a lot of ice cream, pizza, hamburgers, and fried chicken. You’ll also probably do a lot of snacking, eating just as much carbs as you want and drinking way more alcohol.

My advice to you is to reduce your fat intake and boost your HDL cholesterol. If you want to do this, you need to cut back in general, but especially on the fat front. Just make sure you eat something that isn’t loaded down with fat like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or chips and salsa.

The problem is that if you have a plan for fat-free protein, you need to look at your diet differently. If you try to cut out carbs, fat, and salt, you will end up with the same result. This means that you will see more fat, more salt, and more protein. But you can’t change the diet by cutting out carbs and salt.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t eat more protein, but you need to look at it differently. You need to change your diet to reduce the amount of fat you consume, to reduce the amount of protein you consume, and to reduce the amount of carbs you consume. And you need to eat more veggies and fruits, but just a little less. I know, this sounds weird, but eat more fruits, eat more veggies, and eat less meat.
